URAL trucks are known for their outstanding cross-country capability and are designed to operate in the harshest of conditions:
- Wade through 1m deep snow
- Cross ditches up to 1.2 m wide;
- Ground clearance of O.55 m
- Climb slopes up to 2O degrees.
Ural trucks have a water-tight sealing system allowing them to wade through water up to a depth of 1.77 m. Ural trucks areable to operate at high altitude - up to 45OO m above sea-level and in both hot and cold climates from —5O up to +50 °C. Optional equipment include winches capable of pulling 9 tf, for bothtowing and recovery .
Operating in these harsh conditions means that self-reliance is key and Ural trucks are designed not only to be rugged but also easy to maintain. Ural trucks come complete with a driver's tool kit allowing for running repairs without involving workshop equipment.
