Siegfried Wolf

Siegfried Wolf was born 1957 in Austria. Prior to joining Magna, he worked for Philips, VMW (metallurgy), Hirtenberger AG (equipment manufacturer).
Siegfried Wolf worked in Magna since 1994, rising in 1995 to President of Magna Europe. In 1999 he joined the Board of Directors of Magna International. In 2001 Wolf became Head of Magna-Steyr, the European division of Magna. Between 2002 and 2005 he was simultaneously Executive Vice Chairman of Magna International Inc. In April 2005 Siegfried Wolf became Co-CEO of Magna International.
In 2008 Siegfried Wolf joined the Board of Directors of GAZ Group and in 2010 became its Chairman.
Siegfried Wolf sits on the boards of a number of major European companies, such as Verbund, Österreich Industrieholding AG, Siemens AG Österreich, Strabag.
Bo Inge Andersson
Bo I. Andersson was born in 1955, graduated from the Military Academy in Sweden. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Stockholm University and completed the senior management program at Harvard University in 1999.
Bo Andersson began his career with GM in 1987 as a manager with Saab. After holding various leadership positions, he was appointed vice president of purchasing for Saab in 1990. In August 1993, Bo Andersson transitioned from Saab to GM as the executive director of the worldwide purchasing electrical commodity group. In October 1994, he was appointed executive director for the chemical commodity group. After two senior management assignments, Bo Andersson was promoted to vice president of purchasing for General Motors Europe in March 1997. In 1999, he returned to GM in North America as the executive in charge for worldwide purchasing.
Bo Andersson was promoted to GM Group vice president of global purchasing and supply chain on April 1, 2007. Prior to this assignment, Bo Andersson was vice president of worldwide purchasing and OTD from 2001 to 2007. He was responsible for GM's global purchasing, supplier quality, logistics, order fulfillment, and supply operations.
Bo Andersson was a member of GM's Automotive Strategy Board, Automotive Product Board, and North America Strategy Board. He was also the chairperson for the Michigan Minority Business Development Council and a member of the CPO Agenda editorial advisory board. CPO Agenda is a London-based publication that covers purchasing and supply chain issues.
In 2009 Andersson was appointed President/ CEO of GAZ Group. In March 2011 Bo Andersson received the “Automotive Executive of the Year Award” at the International Automotive Forum organized by Adam Smith Institute. Bo Andersson was named the best executive of the year in the Russian automotive industry for achievements in model range renewal, establishment of cooperation between GAZ Group and leading international automakers, and positive financial results of the company in 2010.
Andrey Elinson
Andrey Elinson was born in 1979. He graduated with honors the Financial Academy of the Government of the Russian Federation specializing in accounting and audit. Andrey Elinson is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner, also holding a Russian Auditor Qualification Certificate and a Certificate in Company Direction.
Starting from 1997 Elinson worked in Deloitte & Touche CIS as senior manager of audit department. He lead various consulting projects and audit reviews in Russian and international companies, then headed the consulting group on financial inquiries and business disputes and from 2004 was in charge of building efficient internal control and risk control systems. In 2005 Andrey Elinson became a Partner of Deloitte & Touche CIS.
In 2007 Elinson joined Basic Element Company LLC as Deputy CEO for corporate governance. In December 2009 he was appointed Deputy CEO of Basic Element Company LLC.
Aleksey Ipatov
Aleksey Ipatov was born on April 17, 1954. In 1980 he graduated from Moscow Automobile and Road Technical University with a degree of mechanical engineer. In 1989 graduated from Central Institute of Further Training of Moscow National Economy Institute n.a. G.V.Plekhanov with a degree in management (R&D economic management).
Since 1977 Aleksey Ipatov has worked in FGUP NAMI (Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Central Automobile and Engine Scientific Research Institute") of which he has been General Manager since 2000.
Aleksey Ipatov is a member of the expert group representing Russian Federation on the ENECE Committee on Internal Transport in the framework of the 1958 Geneva Agreement and the 1998 Global Agreement, heads the Technical Secretariat of the Russian Federation Administrative Body under the 1958 Geneva Agreement. He is also President of National Association of Automobile Components Manufacturers.
Peter Koob
Peter Koob was born in 1960 in Toronto, Canada. He graduated from the University of Economics of Wurzburg, Germany. From 1989 to 1990 he took a trainee program in Hypo-Bank, Munich, and then moved to the London branch of Hypo-Bank to work in corporate banking. From 1990 to 1994 Peter Koob was a key account manager for corporate banking in Bay.Hypotheken und Wechsel Bank in Wurzburg.
In 1995 he became Vice-President of Finance in Magna Safety Technologies, Magna’s company producing steering wheels and airbags. In 1997 Peter Koob was appointed Executive Vice-President of Finance in Magna Europe AG. In 2001 he took the position of Executive Vice-President of Finance in Magna Steyr AG.
In 2002 he moved to Magna International Inc. where he is working as Executive Vice-President of Corporate Development.
Oskar Ratsin
Oskar Ratsin graduated from Moscow State Finance Academy with a degree in Economics and International Relations and is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and FSA registered. Oskar Ratsin has over 19 years of international corporate finance and private equity experience.
He worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Moscow and London, the UK. Until 2003 he worked as Associate Director with HSBC Investment Bank plc in London and was involved in corporate finance and advisory services specializing in the FSU and CEE regions and in the Energy and Utilities sectors. Then Ratsin worked as Managing Director for 5 years with JNR (UK) Ltd in London where he was responsible for the origination and execution of private equity and corporate finance transactions in oil and gas, metals and mining and financial institutions sectors.
Prior to joining Sberbank in May 2009, he served as General Director of a Russian commercial real estate fund. In Sberbank of RF he is the head of Corporate Finance Department.
Eleonora Bosova
Eleonora Bosova was born in 1968 in Kaliningrad. In 1991 she graduated from Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School majoring in bioengineering and medical equipment and systems. She was awarded the qualification of an electronics engineer. From 1996 to 1999 she studied law in the People’s Friendship University of Russia. In 2008 Eleonora Bosova received MBA in the Russian Presedential Academy of National Economy. From 2002 to 2005 she worked in the Moscow Government. Her last position there was head of the legal group of Moscow economic policy and development activities coordination department. In 2005 she was invited to GAZ Group Management Company to take the position of director for legal affairs. In 2008 she was appointed director for legal affairs and corporate management of OJSC Russian Machines. At present she works as director for corporate projects in OJSC Russian Machines.
Valery Shantsev
Valery Shantsev was born in 1947 in Kostroma region. He graduated from the Academy of National Economy and Moscow State Institute of Radio-Engineering, Electronics and Automatics. He joined the “Salyut” radio plant in Moscow where he started working as an assistant to a foreman and finally became senior production engineer. From 1975 to 1991 he was holding executive positions in the party and state authorities in Moscow. From 1987 to 1993 he was elected a member of the Moscow City Council. In the early nineties he worked as commercial director of the “Dinamo” Moscow hockey club.
In 1994 Shantsev was appointed prefect of the Southern Administrative District of Moscow. In 1996 he was elected deputy mayor of the city, and was soon appointed the first deputy of the head of the Moscow government responsible for the social sphere. In 1999 Shantsev was reelected deputy mayor of Moscow.
In August 2005 he was appointed Nizhny Novgorod Region Governor by the Regional Legislative Assembly.
Alexander Filatov
Alexander Filatov was born in 1975 in the city of Alexandrov, Vladimir region. He graduated with honors from the Moscow Aviation Institute (1992-1997) and Business School of Lausanne, Switzerland (Executive MBA, Magna Cum Laude).
From 1994 to 2003 he worked at Procter & Gamble Company, in his last role from 2000 to 2003 he was directly responsible for the company’s Snacks and Beverages business in the Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. From 2003 to 2005 Filatov was Senior Vice-President of Kaskol Group of Companies.
In 2005 he became Director for Strategy and Business Development in OJSC Russian Machines.
In August 2010 Filatov was appointed General Director of OJSC Russian Machines.
