GAZ Group is the leader in the Russian commercial vehicles market with about 50% of the light commercial vehicles segment, 45% of the all-wheel drive heavy-duty trucks segment and 70% of the bus segment.

The company’s revenue in 2010 was 96.7 billion Rubles (increase of 47% versus 2009). In 2010 the company earned 2.1 billion Rubles of net profit.

The controlling shareholder of the company is Russian Machines Corporation. The headquarters of GAZ Group is located in Nizhny Novgorod.
